Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles - including pilates, yoga, strenght training, cardio, barre, and dance. Similar to mat pilates, this workout has a deep focus on the core but will leave no muscle untouched.

 
 
Power Pilates is a fun & high energy fitness class incorporating that will bring your heartbeat up and make you sparkle. For this class, please wear sports shoes. Props needed are a yoga mat, and a light set of weights.
 
 
GloBarre is a workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, and yoga. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body. With consistency, this total body conditioning workout is designed to transform and sculpt your entire body. Props needed are a yoga mat and a light set of weights (1-3 lbs each).
